Named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month — for the fourth time

We have some lovely news to share.

Bluebell has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for September 2026 — and it is actually the fourth time we have received the award. Four times, and it still means just as much.

Why this one matters to us

Awards are always lovely to receive, but this one feels particularly special because of what sits behind it.

Being a Which? Trusted Trader is about the things that have always mattered most at Bluebell: looking after our customers properly, taking real care over every project, and creating beautiful, bespoke spaces that people will enjoy for years to come. It is not an award for marketing. It is an award for how you treat people, on ordinary days, on the jobs nobody is watching.

Carrying the business forward

Since Alison and Mike passed the Bluebell baton to us in 2023, we have worked incredibly hard to protect the reputation the business has built for personal service and customer care, while continuing to move it forward.

Being recognised for the fourth time feels like a wonderful reflection of that.
